Pours a deep gold with a small amount of lasting fine white head.  Fantastic floral and apricot aroma. Juicy on the tongue, fruity, yeasty esters, herbal bitter finish. Nothing lets you know there is 9% alcohol  hiding in the glass. Less peppery than a typical Tripel but I dig it.
