Pours a clear brown plenty of carbonation but head dissipates very quickly. Sweet caramel and vanilla notes. Silky mouth feel, sweet raisin, dark bread, caramel, finishes spicy and slightly bitter. Alcohol flavors evident but hides its 12% ABV very well. Not detecting any of the sourness I would expect from a bruin, tastes more like a quad to me.
